Everything you need to know about pricing

What counts as a screenshot?
Each successful API call that returns an image counts as one screenshot. Failed requests (4xx/5xx errors) do not count against your quota. Cached responses also don't count—if you request the same URL within the cache window (1 hour), it's free.
When does my usage reset?
Your usage resets on the same day each month when you signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, your usage resets on the 15th of each month. For paid plans, this aligns with your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
When you hit your monthly limit, API requests return a 429 (Rate Limit Exceeded) error. We don't automatically charge you for overages. You can either wait for your usage to reset, or upgrade to a higher plan for immediate access.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time and get immediate access to your new limits. The price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current limits until then.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@screenurl.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
What's included in screenshot storage?
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) include 7-day screenshot storage. When you capture a screenshot, we save it to our servers and return a URL you can use to retrieve it later. After 7 days, screenshots are automatically deleted. Free tier screenshots are streamed directly and not stored.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is currently only available for Enterprise plans. For Starter and Pro, we offer monthly billing only. Contact us if you need annual invoicing for accounting purposes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with bank transfer.
